The event will be held from March 19-21, 2025, at the Margaritaville Lake Resort in Osage Beach, Missouri. Exhibitor Day is scheduled for Wednesday, March 19, from 1:00-5:00 p.m., with an exhibitor appreciation lunch in Windgate Hall from 12:00-1:00 p.m.. Door prizes and drawings will be held from 4:00 -5:00 p.m. This year, we’re offering an early registration discount — save $100 off your booth rate!

FEE INCLUDES: The registration fee includes one 8×10 foot booth space with pipe and drape. Also includes a skirted display table;
2 chairs, a waste basket, electricity, wifi and sign with your company name.
SET UP: Hall will be available March 18 5:00-8:00 p.m. or March 19 8:00 a.m.-Noon.
EXHIBIT HOURS: Wednesday, March 19, 1:00-5:00 p.m. Booths must be dismantled at 6:00 p.m.
REGISTRATION: REGISTER EARLY AND SAVE! Booth registration on or before February 18, 2025 is $600. After Feb. 18, booth registration is $700. You may pay by check or credit card. Booths are only guaranteed with full payment. The full registration MUST be submitted.
PASSPORT PROGRAM: Attendees will receive a card with all the vendors contributing to the Passport Program. The attendee must obtain the initials of one representative from each company listed on the Passport ballot. The purpose of this program is to encourage all attendees to come by your booth. Passports with initials from each booth will be entered into a prize drawing which has been sponsored by your participation in the Passport Program.
