We would like to welcome you to exhibit at the 2023 Missouri Sheriffs United Summer Training Conference & EXPO. This year’s conference will be held August 14-17 at the Margaritaville Lake Resort in Osage Beach, Missouri. This is your opportunity to showcase your business to Missouri sheriffs and their staff. We value the importance of our exhibitors to have a full afternoon to visit with the sheriffs of Missouri and other attendees.
The Annual Sheriffs Golf Tournament will be Sunday, August 13 with lunch from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. and tee off at 12 p.m. Various golf sponsorships available.
Exhibitor Day will be Monday, August 14 from 1-5 p.m. There will be a luncheon between 12–1 p.m. MSU and MSA is proud to have the opportunity to work and partner with a group of exhibitors that provide product and services for law enforcement.
Hotel reservation information at Margaritaville Lake Resort is also provided for your convenience. Hotel reservations need to be made by July 16.

Join the MSA vendors on Sunday, August 13 at 10:30 a.m., lunch at 11 a.m. and shotgun start at noon. Each team will have 4 players. Many sponsorship opportunities are available. Cash prizes for longest drive, longest putt and closest to the pin.
EXPO DETAILS
REGISTRATION: The deadline for registration to be received by the Missouri Sheriffs United is July 16, 2023. After that date you must call to confirm space availability. The conference registration table will open August 14, 2023 from 3-5 p.m. To register online, go to www.mosheriffs.com. REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDES: The $600 registration fee includes one 8’ x 10’ booth space with pipe and drape, electric, Wi-Fi, one draped table, two chairs, signage, passport program and a wastebasket. Lodging is not included in the registration fee.
PAYMENT: Due in full at time of registration. Check, Mastercard, Visa, Amex and Discover accepted. Payable to: Missouri Sheriffs United.
SERVICE PACKET/ELECTRICITY: Elecricity and Wifi included in registration.
ROOM RATE: Exhibitors must arrange for their own hotel reservations, as they are not included in the fee. Margaritaville Lake Resort room rate is $142 + applicable taxes. Use code: SHER (Hotel will extend room rate 3 days before and after conference.) Make your hotel reservations by July 16, 2023 to be assured of receiving the MSU conference rate. Guest room check-in time is 4:00 p.m.; check-out is 11:00 a.m. A 1:00 p.m. late check-out will be given to select rooms requesting it, based upon availability.
PASSPORT: Sheriffs will receive a card listing all companies exhibiting. The sheriff must have one representative of each participating company initial his card. Completed cards will be entered into a drawing, which will be from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. This program is intended to bring all sheriffs to your booth.
HOSPITALITY ROOM: A hospitality room will be open during non-training hours. We are requesting that vendors do not open independent hospitality rooms without permission from the Missouri Sheriffs’ Association.
DOOR PRIZES: We encourage vendors to bring a door prize to be awarded by the vendor from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
SPONSORSHIPS: Showcase your company and show further support for Missouri sheriffs by being a conference sponsor. SET-UP: Vendor setup is Sunday, August 13 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Monday, August 14 from 8:00 a.m. to noon.
EXHIBITS OPEN: Vendor exhibits will be open August 14 from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Prize drawings 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Lunch from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. in Windgate Hall.
